Transport Company Website Redesign
Implemented in-house, the redesign of the Lothian site focussed on creating a seamless experience for customers to make travel even easier. My role was leading on creative, working collaboratively with the developer and user experience specialists to create a site that our customers would find both easy and enjoyable to use. From wireframe sketches to final design, we put the customer first and introduced a host of new features alongside enhancing existing features.
As someone who enjoys organisation and using my people skills, one of the highlights of this project was facilitating and hosting the user testing focus groups - working in design isn't always in front of a screen!
